The series I’m about to present deals with a practice that has entirely changed my life for the better.

When we are mindful, we are aware of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations, without getting caught up in them. We are simply observing them, without judgment. This can help us to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain. It can also help us to improve our focus, concentration, and creativity.
Mindfulness can be practiced anywhere, at any time, and there are multiple ways to do it.
